Map Ta Phut Tank Terminal Co., Ltd. has awarded contract to Chotichinda Mouchel Consultants for typical design of liquid terminal of Map Ta Phut Tank Terminal Co., Ltd. The study covers the design and cost estimate of 2 jetty terminals: one jetty capable of accommodating 80,000 dwt tanker and another jetty capable of accommodating 20,000 dwt tanker. The project period is about 1.5 month and will be completed in January 2007.

Chotichinda Mouchel Consultants has received another contract from Department of City Planning, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) for preparation of master plan for Bangkapi Community Commercial Center in accordance with current and future area development, land use, communication network system, public works and public utilities system. The scope of work includes detail survey of community, economics and society of the community, infrastructure services, environmental problems and solution guidelines; survey and data collection of physical project area; analysis of development potential of the study area using SWOT analysis; study of transportation forms and network of project area; conceptual plan for project area development for master plan preparation; zoning layout plan; and selection of sample area for urban design. The project period is about 8 months and will be completed in May 2007.


August 2006
Chotichinda Mouchel Consultants has received a contract from Department of City Planning, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) for preparation of master plan for Bangna-Srinakarin Community Center by considering potentials for future area development with good environment and pleasant living city. The details of development planning consist of physical development project, communication system, environment area; survey and data collection of physical project area; analysis for area development potentials using SWOT analysis; analysis for tendency of population, economic and social growth; analysis for traffic impact due to development potential. The preparation also includes conceptual plan; zoning; layout plan for transportation system network; public assistance; city environmental rehabilitation plan; master plan for project area to serve expansion of Suvarnabhumi Airport as well as details for action plan; land cost estimation and constructions. The project period is about 8 months and will be completed in April 2007.


June 2006
As a Sub-consultant to MAA Consultants Co., Ltd., Chotichinda Mouchel Consultants has carried out the survey and detailed design for construction of Ruampatana-Highway No. 34, Samutprakarn Province (A8 Rural Road) of Department of Rural Road. The scope of work covers the survey and detailed design for road network at the east area of Suvarnabhumi Airport ie Wat Sriwareenoi Road, Ratanakosin Road, Bangna-Trad Road (Highway No. 34), Bang Na - Bang Pakong Expressway (Buraphavithi Expressway), Bangkok-Chonburi Motorway (Highway No. 7) and Sukhumvit Road (Highway No.3). The project period is about 3 months and has completed in September 2006.

Chotichinda Mouchel Consultant has awarded contract from the National Housing Authority (NHA) for the feasibility study and conceptual design of residential housing project along the Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) routes. The project includes physical study relating to various infrastructures such as land use, transportation system, public services etc. of the study area as well as initial environmental quality surrounding project area forecast of guidelines for future area development to serve the physical, social, economic and other changes having affect from investment of transportation system project.

Map Ta Phut Tank Terminal Co., Ltd. has awarded contract for Chotichinda Mouchel Consultants to carry out engineering feasibility study for MTT jetty expansion. The scope of work covers data review on geological, hydrological and hydrographical condition, investigation on MTPIP traffic statistics, study of required terminal area, capacity study for each berth and determination of the new berth size, ship operation, navigation channel improvement, layout of berths or jetties, SWOT analysis, conceptual design of the terminal, recommendations of best site for the additional terminal and project implementation, estimation of dredging cost, construction cost and operation period for survey, including estimation of initial construction cost, site selection according to the Port Master Plan of the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand. The project period is about 2 months and has completed in June 2006.


April 2006
Chotichinda Mouchel Consultant has awarded contract from the Energy Policy and Planning Office (EPPO), Ministry of Energy for the feasibility study of Parle and ride system at the main corridor roads linking between inner Bangkok and surrounding areas. The project is aimed to induce more mass transportation uses (either by mass rapid transit system or bus transit system, etc.) ,and also reduce private cars usage at the same time. The project is aimed to complete y early 2007.


February 2006
The Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT) has awarded contract for Chotichinda Mouchel Consultants to revise port master plan for Map Ta Phut Port. The project covers the existing condition of the port regarding overall policies and port operation. The master plan will be made to cover the future conceptual design, investment scheme, operation plan, marketing policy and implementation plan in lined with the trend of the Thai economy social development, environment and safety future condition. The project period is about 5 months and has completed in July 2006.


January 2006
Being the current consultant for construction supervision work of Thew Tower, Chotichinda Mouchel Consultants has received another contract from Nathathai Co., Ltd. to provide M&E work of Thew Tower, a 29 floor high rise building on Chao Phaya River Bank. The works include the design, preparation of the bidding document as well as cost estimation for electric system, communication system, water supply system, sanitary system and fire protection system of 18th-28th Floor. The project period is about 3 months and has completed in February 2006.
